We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and undamaged products in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

We’ll send a replacement or full refund once verified.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase before they are processed for shipping.

After that, the order may already be in transit and cannot be canceled.
