Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 24 hours at hello.verrovva@gmail.com so we can update it before shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Verrovva is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, reach out to us at hello.verrovva@gmail.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.
